2019 MOOP Map

Has the final (or the final hi-res version) MOOP map for 2019 been released? I seem to have missed it.

That is a common question.

MOOP 2019 results will be blasted and echoed. Not yet.

From rumors heard this year, the MOOP map newly went completely digital. Therefore smart gadgets on the line gathered data and presumably photos, notes, and GPS which would be then be fused with a digital BRC camp and trash fence digital map. BRC Resto is up to date on tech!

If you are a programmer data fusion genius, maybe you could help?

If you had the 2019 MOOP map what would change your behavior 2020? The entire and only purpose of the MOOP map is to change behavior.

Well, all digital technology aside, lets hope that they still used the analog method as a backup, and not trust in sensitive electronics exposed to alkaline powder.

My inner, paranoid Luddite fear is that the delay and lack of any updates might be that the data is lost and/or corrupted because some overzealous techie succumbed to the idea that technology is greater than nature, and convinced others to abandon the analog method altogether...

Good direction to take this data and make it part of the process for the cultural change the BORG is trying to execute.

With demand for placement getting tougher as time goes by, having the moop-map data directly correlated to placement data may help in the long run.

The actual map used to be displayed at SF Decom. Last year it wasn't made public until much later.

The more computerized and simplified it gets, the longer it takes to complete it and get it out.
