There's a timetable set (2024) to tap oil in Alaskan Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, taking over sacred land of the Gwich'in and other Indigenous People, and you are not going to even give Biden and the Dem Party a chance to undo that mandate because your precedence (it sounds like a pride thing) is to not vote at all for Presidents?

Everyone is so politically fucked up that they're segregating themselves in the name of equal rights and liberation.

there are vets who have not received their meds in the mail because of him.
isn’t that enough to say “no more”?
it is for me.

But the truth is that when I saw him deliver his full endorsement of Joe Biden, I realized the gravity of the situation anew. When the sprightly Senator from Vermont keeps his scruples to himself, you know things have gotten bad. And if anything should encourage Americans to vote for the Biden-Harris ticket in November (on behalf of us non-voting immigrants, please, I’m begging you!) then surely it’ll be the face of Bernie staring into the camera, refusing to stick the boot in to Joe, singing the praises of working with conservatives. A lot of people have said, in these exact words or an approximation, that the price of failure is too great to imagine. But when Bernie Sanders said it tonight, I really, really believed it.”

The Attorney General opened the probe following Michael Cohen’s testimony to Congress in March 2019, filings state. Other Trump properties including 40 Wall Street, Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago and the Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles are also part of the investigation, according to papers.
“(The Office of Attorney General) is currently investigating whether the Trump Organization and Donald J. Trump (Mr. Trump) improperly inflated the value of Mr. Trump’s assets on annual financial statements in order to secure loans and obtain economic and tax benefits. One particular focus of this inquiry, as relevant here, is whether the Trump Organization and its agents improperly inflated, or caused to be improperly inflated, the value of the Seven Springs Estate,” Assistant Attorney General Matthew Colangelo wrote.

“The earliest recorded evidence of shitshow dates from the 1970s. At the time, it had the connotation of something that is a mockery, a chaotic event, or a horrible situation. Over time, the mockery connotation receded, making space for the sense of a shitshow as a spectacle, which gained prominence and nuance over the years.
A shitshow is not simply something that goes disastrously wrong; it can also be something that goes entertainingly wrong. Which kind of shitshow is which all comes down to perspective. The importance of this distinction is tone in context. There are people who genuinely lament the existence of a shitshow, and others who are entertained and excited by the prospect of one.
Today, while shitshow still references an event, it can also reference an ongoing situation (previously, this was a distinction made between the related terms shitshow and shitstorm).
Additionally a person can now be described as a shitshow. This can refer to a one-off instance of a person being a total mess or completely unprepared for something, or it can be a longer-term situation.“

“The evidence is spread across nearly 1,000 pages, proving that Russia, with top Trump henchmen playing right along, sought to spread confusion and distrust among American voters, influence the outcome of the election, and undermine the legitimacy of our democracy. Vladimir Putin, according to the report – the same Putin before whom Trump groveled long before he became president – even ordered the hacking of Democratic organizations.
And the Russians are up to some of the same tricks in the 2020 election now underway.
The report is indeed long and detailed. Its implications are potent.
A bombshell explodes in our midst and few people seem to notice or care.
It sinks out of sight, and an embattled democracy misses yet another wake-up call.
This time it was a stunning report from the Senate Intelligence Committee. A Republican – yes, Republican — majority controls the committee, but by a 14-1 bi-partisan vote the Senators agreed that Donald Trump and his allies worked with Russian spies in 2016 in an effort to help Trump win the presidency.”

“You say at the very end of the book that the president and Attorney General William Barr ousted the U.S. Attorney of New York and tried to install, effectively, the president’s golfing buddy as the new U.S. Attorney there because the president, in your view, wanted to arrange for himself to be indicted while he’s still in office because that would give him the opportunity to pardon himself after he lost the election,” she said.
“Well, my theory is that if he loses, there’s still the time between the election and the time that the next president would take office,” Cohen elaborated. “And during that time, my suspicion is that he will resign as president, he will allow Mike Pence to take over, and he will then go ahead and have Mike Pence pardon him.”

Woodward's book paints a devastating portrait of Trump by those who worked in his inner circle. Former Defense Secretary James Mattis, former Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, all hired at the start of Trump's presidency, are quoted detailing their frustrations with Trump's inability to focus, their alarm over his refusal to accept facts or listen to experts, their fears over the consequences of his impulsive decision-making -- and one top official even suspected Russian President Vladimir Putin had something on Trump.

Fierce! What is with all the salon blonde female Republican spokesmodels? Is it a dominance play - I can afford the cost of maintenance and you can't? Republicans prefer blondes? I do not get it.

Former FBI agent Peter Strzok says he could have destroyed President Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign, but he was not willing to violate his oath by revealing classified intelligence.
Strzok — who has become a favorite target of the president and his Republican allies — told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that he could have destroyed Trump’s campaign with classified information the administration was still hiding from the public.
“Absolutely there are things that are not known that would still be damaging,” Strzok said. “The decision to release that is up to the administration. You’ve seen them declassify material, which unsurprisingly tends to all be helpful to President Trump. There’s a lot of material that simply is classified and that I can’t talk about, but it’s there.”

“In unusually frank remarks during a CNN town hall event focused on the novel coronavirus, the nation’s top public health official lamented that commonsense mitigation measures had become politicized and claimed that aliens from far-off worlds viewing Americans’ behavior amid the pandemic would conclude that Earth was all but doomed.“

"There are only two elements for second-degree murder. The first is you caused the death of another," Kirschner said Thursday. That factor was fulfilled because Trump "was lying to the American people about the danger this virus posed," and now 190,000 people are dead, Kirschner said. "The second element is the intent element," which would "get tricky if we didn't have Trump's incriminating admissions," he continued. But "in my opinion as a career prosecutor," Trump admitted to "conscious disregard" of the risk his coronavirus downplay created, thus admitting to "second-degree murder" that he "must be held accountable" for, Kirschner finished.
