Where do these bruises come from?

Why is my hip so bruised it hurts to wear my pants? I have not been involved in ANY 'contact sports' that recently. I don't remember clonking into anything in my apartment last night. And, contrary to popular belief, my bed is not that hard.

What the fuck?

I'm mystified.

Um, Rian. Have you checked in with a doctor? Easy bruising can indicate serious health conditions.

(Which, you ask, I'm not sure. But I've heard it as a potential sympton more than once. And you wouldn't want to try and diagnose yourself by what some strange fish said over the internet.)

Hemophilia?

Hemophilia affects males from birth, it doesn't suddenly happen later, I don't think ... and Rian is female so that rules that out ... but easy bruising can be signs of other problems and should be looked into.

well, if you don't bruise *that* easily, yet often have mysterious unaccounted for bruises, then whatever caused the bruises must have packed a punch; how could you forget something like that? Is this a *mental health* issue if not a medical health issue?
