https://burningman.org/network/about-us ... -form-990/

One of the public documents the organizers of Burning Man release is their 990 form. It is a tax return for nonprofit corporations. It takes time because it is audited and is a legal document.

It provides a baseline for Burning Man org expenses in 2019, the peak of the economic bubble. We are in the economic trough now.

Revenues 2018 to 2019 - Flat.

Salary increases in 2018 - 9%
Salary increases in 2019 - 13%

I remember back in the day, when the economy was strong and I worked for well performing profitable companies ... if we got 3-5% raise instead of the typical 2%, we were kicking some serious ass!

I guess the BORG values consistency.
