Yep, everything is good where I am, but the western end of the state got swiped hard, with what I've read may be the longest tornado path recorded in the U.S. What is strange is that we don't get these kind of storms around here this time of year. April, yes, on occasion, but never in December.

Did you finish building the Hof or is it a work in progress. This is the first time in years I've really enjoyed the holiday season. Hopefully I'll be seeing my son's on Christmas. New Year's will just be another day as I normally can't stay awake till midnight. A new year, a new life and new dreams to be fulfilled! I can't wait. I'm hoping to be able to go to the burn this year. Just keeping my fingers crossed! I'm sure it's changed over the last couple years.

Well, MA, the Hof is not, nor probably ever will be "finished", but I've made progress, got the granite masonry siding up, and the steel outer doors on, and the wood floor planking laid (I"ll sand it in spring when I can get back in there).

Anyhow, yep, I recall Trishntek (later changed his name here on eplaya). Wasn't that his camp? Perhaps pink and msj2u as well at some point? I wonder how they're doing. I never found their camp; too many shiny squirrels along the way, but I'd say they probably had some fun times in there!

Woohoo!, great to see ya msj! Yes, been a long time! Glad you're keeping up the good fight amid these strange days. Like so many of us, I long to get back to the big dustpile too. If things work out and we find ourselves able to get out there, we definitely should meet up. Looking forward to it!

The way I understand it, we'll begin to hear more BMP info in January. Then again, for some people, I'm guessing a July renegade burn might be more to their liking. Seems to me that there is room for both.

Yeah, TrishnTek's camp. it was a fun place, edgy and full of shenanigans! Usually over on the 9 oclock side.
We're getting some nice winter weather! at least for now! We sure need it out here, with the drought we've had for the last few years. Hopefully it'll keep up and be a good or even above average winter. Not only have fires ravaged us on the West coast, but with the dry conditions, there have been massive beetle kills of evergreens, which leads to more fire fuel, as well as other issues.
