Because I have a high tolerance for mj (I have no idea why ), I usually smoke mj concentrates, the rig is just a name for what I call my little electric burner thingy that heats the concentrate (wax) so that I may indulge.

JuPlaya was awesome (went three times); although the one year we didn't have deeeeep shade, I and other campmates wound up with heatstroke, thank dawg for our mates who had an air conditioned RV for lie downs and recovery.

If I go anywhere this year I'll be part of a small minority or Burners which gone from an RV to collapsible housing instead of the other way around. I still have my old airstream but my son is using my haul truck for his business now- honestly I'm looking forward to a challenge again. I had the solar and AC (gen) and EVAP pond and there wasn't any hardship left.

In a few years I'll have a type 2 5ton 6X6 wildfire engine that I'm building as a pop-up with slides and all the trimmings so I'm running out of opportunities to talk about how much softer the ground used to be.

Page 2 is a whole different animal. The bar is a place for friends to hang out and catch up. I'm glad Simon is here. Under that hard, crusty shell, is, well another hard crusty shell, but if you dig deep enough, he's one of the best people on the playa.

It will be. I'm getting bored with The Homestead- not many challenges anymore- and there's plenty of The Rockies I have yet to explore... and to be completely honest I miss being a hero.

I'll build this out and then go explore more of these mountain that I love. While on the road if Eris starts any wildfires along my path that look like the locals are losing their initial attack, I'll roll in red-carded to help. Fires will be getting much worse for the foreseeable future

The base truck is a M936A2 military wrecker. I'll stripping the boom and the living quarters go there. Tanks and pumps between frame below.

It will be unique in many ways but most radically, the monitor (water canon) will be modified to handle propane vapor in addition to water for some reason. It could run urine I suppose but that might not be fair for what you guys have been taking about.

Watching an old John Wayne movie this morning, "Angel and the Badman". Black and white. Maybe it's just me, but I'm ok with movies with no super special effects, or even "color".
