Hmmm and yet is it also… “A Wildlife Conservation Ranch
Helping the wildlife habitat in partnership with the USDA”?

The synergy of wildlife conservation and 365/24/7 access vehicle storage eludes me. A wildlife conservation parking lot?

Fly Ranch is not the size of a postage stamp. Take a look and see if that still eludes you.

This post is about Iveson Ranch, not Fly Ranch. https://www.theivesonranch.com/

My bad.
That link won't let me see the Ivenson site. Doesn't like my browser.

But the same applies.

A blank palette, the desert.

A valid point. I’m sure the parking lot is small in comparison. It seemed jarring to me that they lead their website with conservation. Any empty lot can say the same, until it’s a parking lot.

Wasn't it always presented as having a vast area to explore, some ranched, most not.
