Ticket aid program question

Hi Community!

Me and my wife both applied for the Low income ticket through the ticket aid program. of course we referenced each other in the application, but for some reason my wife got an email confirming that she had been granted with the low income ticket, and I didnt get any answer.

Submitting the application it said that they will notify me if i was granted with the ticket, but also if i wasnt. And didnt receive any answer so far. we both tried sending them an email to this email address [email protected]. does anyone know how i can reach the ticketing people to ask them about this issue? is there any other way to contact them?

I would recommend waiting until you get a response either way before reaching out. They have a big pile of applications to get through, and your companion's application was in a different spot than yours.

I recently received notification I've been granted a low income ticket, so they're definitely getting to it!
