Contacting Kidsville re: camp collaboration idea

Hello! My name is Shireen, I am a camp lead for Darkwad Patrol / 9:15 & B. I would like to connect with someone from Kidsville to see if interested in a fun volunteer opportunity which kids could do with their families. (I couldn’t figure out how to contact Kidsville through their website without having to complete their whole village placement form.)
Below are the deets about my camp and what I’d like to set up- if Kidsville is interested- or with other villages/camps if Kidsville is not.

About my camp: Darkwad Patrol distributes lights to dark burners and bikes that we come across on playa. We also have a 24-Hour Light Share Box where folks can grab the light they need, or can leave spares to share with our community. After seeing too many collision injuries which could have been easily prevented by adequate lighting, my husband and I started up Darkwad Patrol a couple of burns ago.

We are a tiny camp (10 including me) and I’d like to expand our light distributing capacity by engaging volunteers from other camps. Gifting lights to fellow burners and leaving blinky lights attached to the Numerous, dark and unattended bikes we stumble across, is a super fun, super easy and wonderfully helpful activity which burners of any age/ability can participate in- and it can be done on your own schedule, in your own way! I will provide volunteer pouches filled with lights for the kiddos and their families to distribute throughout their burn.

Since we are so small, I want to start small with one village or camp. Then hopefully expand the program each year. Im starting with Kidsville since it’s such a great family activity. Plus, it’s a slice of BRC I’m utterly unfamiliar with.

If Kidsville wants to do this, let’s chat! And if other camps/villages are especially interested, let me know! I’m open to all ideas and always happy to find fun ways to connect with other camps.
