I would say it’s a big challenge, but not impossible. Do some research on basic camping checklists. Anybody fumbling with their tent gets asked if they need help pretty quickly. It’s a very nice place. I’ve had neighbors in open camping who have their car water tent sleeping bag, box of cliff bars, cans of soup and stew on the hot dashboard, a hat, a headlight, sunscreen, and not a lot more. … if you have what you need to survive, you can find comfort around the city, just don’t plan on being gifted survival essentials.
You may also be correct. Sometimes it takes another year to be well prepared and part of a camp. Many peoples burn histories start with “I tried to go in 20xx.”
