My Unfortunate Rideshare to BRC :'(

I needed a ride to burning man this year and this guy Shalom Forst said I could drive his RV there. When I went to pick up the RV I was told I had to put the RV in my name and charge my card since I was driving.

Shalom sent me the money for the RV and for gas. After burn when I picked up the RV Shalom and his friends trashed the RV. When I returned the RV the company charged me $2000 for a cleaning and damage fee.

When I asked Shalom to pay it he told me I have to dispute it with the company to get my money back. I tried to call my bank and dispute it with Cruise America but they have proof of the damages. Shalom blocked my number and I paid $2000 for driving his RV.

I never stayed in this RV, I only drove it to BRC and back to San Diego and I got fucked over by this guy.

Can anyone please help me find him and his band of hooligans?

He is in Brooklyn NY, has a couple companies registered, real estate sales ...

Do some creative cyberstalking then file a suit, small claims, file liens against his stuff ...

He will pay eventually.

Don’t just sue for the $2000, try and find an attorney that will represent you and go for damages. You deserve it.
