Lost bike and bike bag

My bike was taken while I was filming a 7yo kid ride the bike ramp course at 2:30 and Esplanade Saturday at 11am. I parked it in the middle and then it was gone. I realize I will likely never see my bike again it was a pretty run of the mill 3speed internal hub granny bike but it had a bike rack on the back that had a bag that could attach to the top of it. It was black and had ample space in it for things I needed for the day. Camel back hose and bladder, my first aid kit, wipes, map/BRC schedule thing, my mug full of Earl grey tea with an infuser, my cup- doe bay fest insulated cup, a black and white checkered glasses case with some “things” in it, and most importantly my favorite pair of prescription glasses- blue plastic transitions
