Specialty Printing Needs: Burning Man Tickets

Hey there folks,
I'm looking to complete a gift for a regional and have been finding a lot of difficulty locating a printing service that can complete our project.
Seeing as the tickets to the burn always have some type of "foiling" or whatever, I was wondering if anyone knows who prints the tickets (as they may be able to help).???
My project needs:
Selective Foil/Holographic printing
4x6" card stock
12-26 pt thickness
Full Color Printing
double sided printing (doesn't need to be double sided foiling)
And shipped/in hand by next week.
Yaay, time crunch.... smh

Are you sure you can't find one locally? Their turnaround time would probably be better and many shops have that capability.

Having them local is a nice way to see in person samples of the effects, or feel samples of the card stock.
