ive learned

Post by moonbeam327 » Mon Jan 03, 2005 11:18 pm

I've learned to appreciate the little things in life a little bit more this year

I've learned that I "can" reach a point of resolve after people I love have past on from this world to the next

I've learned that hairspray and braids on the playa help make my trip home much easier

I've learned that yoga helps me and I've learned that when I don't practice it my body and mind suffer

I've also learned that some of those poses I thought i could never do really are possible with time patience and practice

I've learned that working under a boss that is disrespectful and unreasonable is not something I have to accept

I've learned that I dont need to make my self feel better by letting him know how I "really feel". Ive learn I "can" let go and move on

I've learned that out of bad times the good usually emerge

I've learned to hold out and wait for the good to emerge

I've learned the world can be a scary place and I've learned that I'd rather hug others than embrace the fear that we are fed through the media

I've learned that I really can get my nipples pierced even though everything that I had been told about the pain led me to think I couldn't

I've learned stray cats come to you for a reason

I've learned that sometimes even people you love can be unhealthy in your life and sometimes its better to let go for both people.

......speaking of pocket-sized, I've learned that a single AAA battery can really get the job done! (I'm so distracted! How am I supposed to get any work done around here? You girls are EVIL! Have you no sympathy for my struggle?????)
