Previous Camp Symposium--where to find it

I'm looking for a video played in a Camp Symposium, I believe in 2020, before the event was cancelled. It was about a camp that uses a Pink Flamingo as a sign and how they gradually worked on frontage to include flags, material and other things to call attention to their camp. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you want a direct link to something played in one of those sessions, you might be able find it by contacting the Camp Support Team with the symposium video link and time it shows up.

If I had to guess based on your description, the camp might have been Paradise Motel. The TCO for that camp is part of the Camp Support team.
