Looking for designers/builders for a children's museum

Where else would one look for creativity, design and innovative construction if not on or around the playa?! We are a children's museum in Central Valley planning to build a large outdoor exhibit Our City. This will be a mini-version of our city turned into a children's playground where kids can go to City Hall to learn about government and voting, pretend play at fire station, or climb Yosemite waterfalls. We are looking for designers who can help put together 3d models of the space and possibly later artists/builders who can help put together or decorate the structures according with designs.
