Parking ticket

Hi, I bought 2 tickets in STEP and couldnt buy a Prking ticket. Can anyone help me ? This is my first time and I am a little bit lost.

There’s a fb page that’s for first timers/ virgins. It’s called burning man veterans and virgins no snark/trolling/ticket selling. My head is killing me right now or I’d be more helpful
