My phone is on the Lost & Found site. How do I get it sent to me?

Hey all,
My phone is on the lost and found website. I have been emailing daily and claiming it with my unlock pin code, mailing address and email address. I have yet to receive any word back. How do we contact someone who is helping with this so I can get my phone shipped to me? Thank you very much for the help.
