Why isn't lost and found link working to search database?

Hi, I lost my faux leather caramel colored backpack on Saturday night with phone and ID. I searched lost and found on the playa and it hadn't been submitted yet. I had to leave the playa with my ride so I scaned the QR code I was given to search the data base once I left the playa but every time I check it says something different. First it was saying season is closed until next year, then it allowed me to click on items to search but said there wasn't any photos to view. Now it is saying lost and found is still on playa. I sent an email to BM but plz if anyone knows what's going on could you let me know? Very stressed

I believe we need to wait a few days until the items are off the playa and then they will be posted publicly.

There are thousands of items in lost and found, which is operated by volunteers who are just returning from Playa. They are tired, given many hours to BM and need to take care of their own shit as well as do their day job.
It will take a lot longer to post all the stuff than you want it to.
Take it easy and take better care of your stuff.
