Donita: it's worse than that... not just a funny slept-wrong-kink, but it really feels like I got the everloving shit beat outta me....

I'm taking some anti-inflammatory herbals that my naturopathy gave me... it'll be tomorrow before I really see any progress with those, though. Also, i've done a bit of Tiger Balm... that seemed to help a bit...

Giggles: i think you may have something there... tension at mind/body. I'm pretty sure it's stress-related. Wish you were REALLY here to give me that massage.... Im just about crying at your absence...

BHA.. good to see you in here... makes me happy... Giggles.. you should invite Nipples, if you haven't already. I mean, the Rabbit put a bucket of warm water for us in the Bar.

Whatcha workin' on, Donita? I'm making a hipscarf - I've got this fabulous bellydance skirt I made, red with the bottom tier in flame material, and a matching choli sitting in my UFO pile, but the hipscarf and tassel belt I already have don't even come close to matching....

Sounds cool, Koosh! I am making a Jamaican-style hat. Next on my list is a rainbow colored macrame hammock. I also need a net of some kind to go collect sea shells with. Maybe I'll make some booties and a scarf too. Experiencing extreme addict behavior right now. Gotta keep these fingers busy. Must stop the voices inside my head...

Dammit, I want a cigarette.
No, you don't!
Yes, I do!
No, you don't!
Yes, I do!
I'll break your fingers, bitch!
Okay, I don't want one!

You know, I used to know how to crochet when i was in middle school... I'm sure I could learn again... I've also recently had the hankering to learn how to knit....

apparently, my grandmother is using my body to finish her projects...

purple, I TOTALLY want to see your finished product... I always walk by thee bellydancing stores here and just OOGLE the costumes... I'd make one, but I'd have to learn belly dancing first.... Not that I don't want to do that, either...

actually, I have a friend in LA who saw me dance at the Diego Decom who says that she'll feature me in her show if I ever go down to visit LA....

hmmm...

god, listen to me babble today...

sheesh...

**puts down crochet hook and yarn for awhile, picks up book on Herbal Remedies from bookshelf**

Hmm, interesting...
Herbal Smoking Remedies: Herbal remedies became popular in the US in the late sixties. They have been present since the beginning of time and were the main source of medication for practicing medicine men in the stone ages. There are 13 herbal remedies essential for bodily functions. Most of these are found in milk, cheese, cream, liver, kidney, and cod and halibut fish oils. The best way to get the daily requirement of essential herbal remedies is to eat a balanced diet that contains a variety of foods, especially vegetables and proteins.
No wonder I am eating yogurt, cottage cheese, broccoli and fish like it's going out of style today... Hmmm....
Coenzyme Q10 aids oxygen flow to the brain and is an excellent antioxidant.
Vitamin B Complex supports the bodies natural enzymes that may have been damaged by smoking.
Vitamin C is an important antioxidant that is usually needs to be replenished in smokers.
Vitamin A supports the lungs and mucous membranes.
Lobelia may be helpful in reducing cravings, nervousness, and anxiety associated with withdrawal.
Licorice Tea may be helpful to offset the times of cravings that occur.

A while ago we built a little "barbie room" for my daughters under the stairs of my house. I never go in there accept to change a light bulb, which was the case this morning. It looks like Barbie Death Camp in there. Let me get this straight... It's sticky, I'm surrounded by girl stuff, and I just bumped my head... this most certainly must be hell. Somewhere my big sisters are laughing until they wet their day-of-the-week panties.
