In some minds pain does equate to pleasure and vice versa. Sometimes I like the feel of a sharp knife slowly piercing the underside of a fingernail. The trick is knowing it can be stopped with a single word. I emphasize with those who cannot control the pain that is administered. Loss of control is the problem.
