Hmm watch me in my "normal" habitat and all i do is type.
and drink.
If it wasnt for these "damn*" curls. I would love fingers running thru my hair. But that gets painful for a curly girl like me.
*every once an a while I will complain about my curls. My husband is like well you can always shave your head. That is never gonna happen unless i need surgery on my head. I love my curls but I feel the right to complain about them.

well, most of the people that I'm 'hanging out with' on a regular basis are the customers who come into my store.
but, really. when i had my long hair (check my website for sites), people I barely knew would come up to me in the mall and whathaveyou and play with my hair, commenting on how beautiful it was...
now? nada...

reba: I'm pretty good with curls: I navigate my so's every once in a while.. and I had a best friend in college with shirleytemplecurls... perhaps i'll have to try my hand... i'll be VERY gentle. also, I know from the best friend in college that curly wet hair is better to be running fingers through than curly dry hair...

what's not to be okay with?
here's the typical scenario:
me, standing in line at some store.
a girl or two who know me vaguely from school in line behind me.
girl says "ohmygod, your hair is so gorgeous" and begins to pet it a bit.
go from there.
I mean, these weren't COMPLETE strangers. I went to a small school. 88 people in my graduating class. I knew my entire class's first and last names...

- Location: Not here, not there. I'm somewhere though.
The bar has not been adequately stocked of late so I'm dropping off a case of Maker's Mark, Ketel One, Jameson's, a mixed case of various Cruzan Rums from the US Virgin Islands, and a special case of XXX Siglo Treinta ultra-premium tequila for everyone to enjoy.
(I forgot who mentioned the Jameson's but I made an error in judgement in saying Maker's Mark was the only good whisky out there. Now I know better.)
