in the snow... what??? oh, don't do that
Who’s the fresh face at the end of the bar?
And I think I’d take a mead... yeah.. That’s what I want... there was terribly cute girl, vute as a button, tending the bar at one of my local haunts tonight and she served up one fine mead and I see no reason to quit now.... especially since we’ve so many cute faces here too.

Nah! She(the cat) doesn't go outside...she thinks about it but I don't let her out.
Now, the dogs......the little boy goes out and sits in the snow and gets covered! The little girl goes out, does her business and right back in.
They both love to get dried off with the towel when they come back in.
Cracks me up.
Evening, LeChat!

I dont want to lay it all out here but it would basically be a burn but something would "go wrong" ... "terribly wrong" ... and there would be drama and tension ... and fear and stuff ... and then it would all work out but with some amazing visuals ...
It would basically amount to a burn gone wrong and a couple of people would have to go out there and get things right before the burn could start, and a lot of the conversation would be within earshot of any spectators that might form up around it ... and rumors would fly rampant through the crowd and there would be heros and there would be empathy and shit ... it would be really cool.
It is a static art piece for most of the week ... and a melodrama one night with nice lighting and visuals followed by a burn.

I haven't been to any of the decoms but I don't think there is or could be any festivals like Burning man, It's such a unique aggregate, of all kinds of people, things, Art, performance, music, It's truly surreal to be riding your bike along the esplanade, when everything is engulfed in a dust storm and you can't see more than a foot of two in front of you and as the dust clears you can just make out a group of naked people flying kites, but you can't pay attention to them because you have to swerve to avoid colliding with a 7 foot tall bug.

Oh dear Lord... it’s the wine girl...
And I’m flattered that I was able to grant your wish, giggles. Truly I am, but it’s times like this I tell people, “You shoulda wished for the lottery ticket” (sly grin and smooch)
hey, thanks for the little run-by and the mead, blue. I’m indebted to you for you hospitality.
Hey, Z... I met with a new client today and while talking with them at the construction site, their dogs proceeded to head over to the new neighbors and raise hell with their dogs. So I had to help dog wrangle while there too. I told them that was free of charge... I considered it a hobby of mine.
geekster... yes... mead, good. This little place in town ferments their own in house, along with several brews. mighty fine...

Only coffee and Ice are sold at the event, It's no commerce other wise,.. So transportation, food shelter, and enough water for your entire time, even if you have a tent you'll want a shade structure to put over it, all the supplies you'd need to prepare your food and keep cold things cold, the survival page will tell you more. And the frequently asked question thread has lots of good information

In all honesty, punkette, I only needed a couple of bucks at the event itself to get ice. They seel that and it helps the local school, isn’t that correct somebody? Other than that it’s a no commerce event... It’s all about a gift economy and the things we can do to help ourselves and those around us... at least that what its all about in my eyes. To some its all about giant dancing chickens in the elevated cages at the roaster-coaster. Which is admirable, too.
(perfect, that is until icy snow came flying down the hatch)
You betcha!! (downs Blues just perfect mead)Pour you a drink?

I’m playing some down tempo music tonight, which is nice, but last night’s Sandwich Man Jam was just about perfect. I really liked the idea of DJ spinning tunes and everybody here listening to it at the same time. Very uniting... nice gift sammich
