I confess I've heard more about the fucking Peterson case than I ever want to hear again. I have a couple of good friends, freelance A/V techs, who wound up working the case - it meant they got to sleep at home every night, but it drained them both.

I further confess that after watching a DVD that PETA sent me about "Reasons To Become a Vegetarian", I can no longer in good conscience ever eat another animal or animal product. The DVD made me cry. People are mean to animals!!! The bastards!!!
I confess I am really missing eating cottage cheese, milk, cheese, yogurt and pork chops, but that I can make tofu taste wonderful!!!
I confess that by eating only fruits and veggies and tofu this week, I am really regular

and have lost 4 pounds.
I confess that I am still having a difficult time with quitting smoking and that I have been cheating by smoking 3-4 cigs a day. But it's better than 20.

I confess I am very happy to live in a country where there is no death penalty. There are wrongly convicted people in jail. It would be tragic to have someone innocent executed...although I'm sure it has happened already more than once.

I confess that I'm getting my very own phpbb (that's the type this one is in case you never look at the bottom of the page) set up for my business, my customers,and other people interested in food and organics to use and I'm soooo excited! I'm going to put product reviews, food info, events, and other stuff on it. It'll be like a natural and organic product information database.

I confess I'm so happy to be moving and I'm really looking forward to this year for my business! We have lots of new things happening and it's great.
