Yep, gotta get to the Odean.

Not sure that I have 10 hours extra though on either trip, I'd love to see the redwoods and you though.

Much better. Had some beer last night, saw some friends, threw some stress at the rowing machine. Good things.

Besides, my new morning regimen worked well.

How's work?

Work is moving along at a decent pace and that's always good.

And you had beer... oh, yeah... beer always helps.

I do so hate to leave such good surroundings, but I gotta go to the vet and pick up some cat food before they close. I’m not really looking forward to this, but I think if I just run in and run out they won’t start with all that, “So... are your shots up to date? How are your teeth looking? Should we check for worms?”.

Sheesh... I don’t’ mind the shots really, but the check-ups with that damn rectal thermometer shit is just flat out humiliating. And they just stand there and talk to each other like I’m not even there, holding my tail the whole time. Good God... the things one must endure.

I shall, however, return later on... hopefully with my pride intact.

(Reluctantly hopping down and heading for the door and much appreciative of the unexpected attention.)

Damn, LCN. You should send someone else in your stead. Or try the grocery store - they carry cat food, too.

Or catch a mouse, if you prefer. Oh wait. Let me NOT encourage that...

Watch your tail! And don't work too hard.

Rian: nothing specific: It's just that I've been so fucking busy for the last 3 weeks with all the stress of the store on me, and no time to myself, to get anything done, to even do my fucking dishes, I just feel like I'm spinning around in circles andcan't really see straight... I need, like, a week or so off... I just can't concentrate, can't start anything because I've got 15 things that I'm already in the middle of, just feeling overwhelmed...

gahh....

whiskey. double.
