Quiet banging. Besides, once they are asleep, they'll sleep through bout anything.

So, I'm not talking formal training, just some tips and pointers type stuff? A friend has a friend who can play anything; I'm trying to arrange for me and my drum to be in the same space as he some fine day.....that kinda lesson.

djembe, maybe; is that right, or did I just make that up? Don't know a whole lot about drums. I do know this one is synthetic rather than skin, which I'm not sure I like so much. The drum is rather sleek and pretty and ....... black, though.
