I'm surprised they aren’t offering to transfer you to another store GE,.. But then again with Sam's experience some place completely different might be best.

You’ve got a right to be bummed, but I’m confidant that you’ll be fine. It’s all just problems to be solved... and a solution is lurking around (looking to the left, then to the right) I can feel it.

30Km/liter = 18M/.26Gal = 69Miles/Gallon diesel

I can only find pricing for Canada right now. Base model $16,000CA ($12900US) Cabrio around $20,000CA ($16000US)

Are those things street legal here? Might not meet safety specs or whatever in the US...

They are very safe from what I can tell. The whole body is some sort of space frame design. Very stiff. I think they're just working on a dealer network in the US. They are a Mercedes product, so I really am not sure what the holdup is.

Mebbe they'd rather just sell us fat-ass suv's for twice the price. Why give us a cheap energy-efficient option? That'd just cut into profits all 'round...

Sput if you could just get someone to give you a car with that kind of mileage you could hardly not afford to go to Burning Man

Mercedes is doing some very cool vehicle shit these days, although their aftermarket parts market is screwed, because the software they use is great for production, piss poor for getting parts to the dealerships...

The holdup is fitting emissions systems in there, sput.

It would make a lot of scene to have it in your stable as a dealer because Gas isn't going to get cheaper it will only go up till its gone.

Can't be too many emissions to control at that rate of consumption.

Man.. Last year with my truck (diesel) and a trailer we got 17MPG. I thought that was good considering the truck's dry weight is 5000lbs. I couldn’t imagine 69MPG. Course... I’d probably not be able to pull such a trailer either...

But one of these little buggers and one of those new teardrop trailers... hmmm.

It's all based on PPM... so they do have to fit emission controls in there.... maybe in the trunk?

Ten points to Noir for the Coen Brothers reference.

Mwah! I just got The Entire Bean on DVD! Pure ecstasy. But not as good as RA's standup stuff. Ever seen video of his one-man show?

I do love that film, noir. Have you seen all their others?

I’ve seen several... Raising Arizona... uh... I’m drawing a blank. Names don’t tend to stick with me for some reason. I have not seen “The Man Who Wasn’t There”.. Was that what it was called? That sounds wrong for some reason. See??

(Jumping up on the bar top, then onto the top of the cabinets, sniffing and searching for something)

I’m still looking GE...

And it was "Oh, Brother Where Art Thou"
