Hence some people on this board disliking me: they mistake my dry sense of humor for callousness.

How do you feel about mixes? Say a Chardonnay and Semillion mix?
Anything that adds a little variety to them is a good thing in my book. Which Chard/Semillion do you mean? Luna di Luna?

One glass of Rasputin for Gizray.

Oh, and a pair of rubber trousers and a bucket of soapy frogs.

Ouch, that was one ridiculously abstruse reference.

Black swan makes some decent wines, and at a good price for their quality. Australian wines have been really impressing me lately. Especially Penfold's.

Drank a whole bottle of Coppola Merlot earlier. Then went to bed. Then got up. And you're still here.

It's a reference to a Red Dwarf episode. Do you know Red Dwarf?

If you're on the west coast, you're three hours distant from me, and two from blue, giz. And I'm stone cold sober now, as, I think, is she.

Most liquor stores will order something if you ask them to.

Red Dwarf is a british comedy series starring Craig Charles (later did Robot Wars) and Christ Barrie (The Brittas Empire). Also had Robert Llewellyn (host of Junkyard Wars) and Mac Macdonald. Really quite hilarious.

RG, I know. But it's easier to just go to the stores that I know have the thing I'm looking for. Even if that means I have to go to more than one.
