To this one.

Oh nothing. Just a bit wistful.
Wistful?
Yea.. just missing friends, feeling out of it, and just a bit moody.
Oh.. I see.

How funny. One of my favorite combinations of treats at work is the chocolate fudge brownie and the black raspberry (those are both frozen yogurts btw) But..t hen well if a piece of brownie, some whipped cream and hot fudge wind up on top of it.. well I just dont know how that stuff got on top of there.

Must of been an act of the ice cream topping gawds.

Ok.. must stop thinking about work on a saturday

Yea yea training. training for two races right now. I think i'm nuts I dont know about the rest of you.

besides the big climb I got a marathon on the 1st of may. Any vancouver peeps around?

Then I'm also doing the seafair marathon and the seattle marathon. With a couple other 1/2's 10ks and 5ks thrown in just for good measure.

its just something i need to do. much like drink another drink... see i'm still on topic! Huzzah!

obsessive compulsive?

Reba, pace yourself, imo, your headed for burnout. Fitness is a lifestyle and best serves us when we go at it at a reasonable pace, consistently.

sorry, my $.02 from experience.

Actually no, it's about ADD. I'm going with my uncle. Anyways, I should go too. I have to be up by 8:30 am! That's way early for me. Good night!

Oh i know what I'm doing. believe you me. The big races are spaced out enough. I just have a feeling inside me that needs to get moving. Its just a 1 year goal of my own. A dream if you will. Its also something I need to do not only physically but mentally. And right now.. its what I need mentally. My doctor agrees with me btw. So, dont you worry about me. I know what I'm doing for whats best for my mental health.

These races are apart of my therapy. And right now. training and racing is what this girl needs.. besides.. you guessed it.. ANother drink!

Woo.. and she still manages to stay on topic. JUST HOW DOES SHE DOO IT!
