San Francisco Duboce Triangle Burner Roomie...

I know of a great flat in Duboce Triangle in San Francisco that is opening up and I'd like to get some fellow burners togethor to rent the place. It's 3 or 4 bedrooms (it's a victorian and the parlor can be a bedroom if desired) and rents for $3200/mo. The landlord is a burner, and a really cool guy.

my girlfriend and i (28,32) will visit san francisico at 25th of august.
we are from germany and it is our first bruning man event.
we need a double room for at least 6 days in san francisco before and after the event !
