Transformus BBS is up.
Transformus, the Southwest Regional Burn, has now got its Bulletin Board up and running. Go to http://www.transformus.com/bb to sign up. The structure should be pretty familiar, but there aren't very many users right now, since the announcement was just made last night.
The board will be the primary location for volunteer discussion and recruiting, as well as major announcements pertaining to volunteer groups, features at the event, and a general community discussion area for citizens and future citizens of our city of Mysteria. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Must just be you. I can pull it up just fine.
They're using the usergroup and moderator functions, so I'm anxious to see how it works out.

Yep I noticed. You're one of the moderators. Yes that should be very exciting.Ranger Genius wrote:Must just be you. I can pull it up just fine.

Nope it's not just me. I recognize the error message. There is a patch at phpbbs for that but you guys will find out later about that.
Looks like the site may become fun.
that's very nice.

Can only flush these things out by testing them. The board was primarily set up by two people in their spare time, so it's pretty good considering. None of the other previously registered users have had major problems so far, but we'll see. Like I said, they just made it public.

Last I checked, interphase was a stage of cell division.
Did you actually mean to say something meaningful?
Did you actually mean to spell and punctuate words that belong in the English language?

Personally, I find interphase very confusing, especially when my computer is doing it. It just might make my head explode.

I like the new Transformus website. There's less hate and bullshit going on over there.....unlike eplaya lately with all the pissing, moaning, meanness and perpetual hate that's been going on over here. Christ, people, didn't any of you learn anything from being at Burning Man on the actual playa?? Or has it been that long that people have forgotten?? Sheesh. Lately, it's like being in a damn daycare center here...
Hmm, did I spell everything correctly?

Why, I would never dream of such a thing. Who would dare cast such foul aspersions as to suggest that I'm prone to correcting people?

Transformus is a small child just getting its first feel for being a regional burn, this will only be our second year, but it does allow us to try to learn from Bm and the rest. I don't think we're been around long enough to generate much hate and disdain.
People said they wanted a forum, we provided although we know little about forums and it has been a wonderful experiment and learning process so far. And now time for me to go read the eplaya complaints thread and see what we can avoid. And yes we will learn along the way.
