On the railing side there is about a 16" area where my mom wants some shelves made out of melamine boards. That and she wants to redo the railing and replace the spindles. Have to go order the spindles.

can you use the railing you have? it would be a whole lot easier to not have make a jig to match the bottom spindle holes.

Good morning Z and sky, I guess it's still morning time at 11am. I just got up from bed. My friend little "Ben the cat" woke me up. If you're here gigs, here some Ben & Jerry's chocolate brownie icecream or would ya rather hava warm mocha? You don't have to worry I have never been in yours and the beau's business before except last year on that one madness day in march.

Hey thanks smiley. I'll take some of that ice cream but only if someone helps me eat it. You know me, I'll eat the whole damn thing myself otherwise. I've got plenty o'curves as is........don't wanna give those poor art students any more of an eyeful.

Speaking of projects, my pregnant girlfriend just called on me to come and help her paint. She's got that nesting thing going on. So it looks like I will have to get up offa me arse and do something productive today.

Z, yeah...we're reusing the railing. That's a good idea to use the old spindle as a template. We're only going to replace a few of the spindles. That will leave big areas with access to the shelves I'm making.

Jumps back about a foot when Giggles jumps outta her hiding spot and says, BOO!!

sniffffffffff....sniffffffff....snifffffff....I know it's a little late to asking for coffee but is there any left, sky? if not, does anyone know how to make a white mocha because that sounds delicious.

Hey Z, I never gave you an answer about my occupation last night before I left. Well I am a retail manager in the store called Gap. I have been the clothing retail business since 1991. Not sure how long I'll be doing it because I'm ready for a change.

Well I'll put on a pot of java and read the newspaper, maybe someone will come around.

a little strong? If you turn the mug upside down it doesn't pour out! Hope you like eating your coffee with a spoon.

Check out Stephen J. Gould's book on the Millienium for a sweet, loving account of interpresonal love from a secular humanist. Something I'd love to be able to force certain fundies to read.

I agree, they've given me nothing but headaches. But my dad's a Ford truck mechanic, and is buying the car for me. Not lending me money for a car. So, he is doing whatever he wants, and I should just be grateful he's helping my ass out.
Oh poof! You've been in a real spot and he should help you if he's able. And being a control freak about it. *snark moan opine*
