Morning all. I need a quick remedy to get rid of this damn cold so I can make the drive to Seattle tonight. I am off to see John Digweed and would rather not miss it. I hope all of your days are going wonderfully.

Jason, it's good to see another live being around in real time.
I have no magic cures for your cold,.. I always promote really hot soaking baths for leaching the nastys out of your system, but those only work if you can sleep afterwards.
It will sure be nice when the reconstruction is over and truly open for bizzness, for the board to really come back to life thee needs to be the critical mass of people flowing through here.

Hey, All
Okay, I can't wait any longer for the STRUCTURES thread to return.... Anybody else buildin' something neat that they feel the need to crow about?
As a Hushvillian, RanGen knows about the Snowman....It's a three-story (when completely assembled, that is) geodesic structure. I just reconfigured the entryway so folks won't bash their brains out when climbing in, and am currently building a 16-foot slide for Rapid Egress. In 161 days I load it in an Element and drive West for 2000 miles until I hit Playa.
Anyone reading this can consider themselves invited to catch the breeze and the view from the Snowman Fiesta Deck....Mebbe I'll even fashion you a trinket! Even watched the Burn from there last time, although I may have to get closer to watch that funhouse go up.....

NIPPLES!
I know you'll see this, because I think I know that you go and read everything... so, THANK YOU!!!! The pictures are wonderful, as was the gift (completely unnecessary, mind you, the hospitality was a delight to give--and early morning cuddling in front of the fire was more repayment than I ever could have asked for ), and the incense was pure bliss. I'll send blue's on to her, as asked. (hear that blue?? pictures, coming your way!)
You're both gems!
mwah!

I'll be working with the locals on the 3 Don Quioxote style windmills. This Sunday we're building a half size prototype.robotland wrote:Okay, I can't wait any longer for the STRUCTURES thread to return.... Anybody else buildin' something neat that they feel the need to crow about?

you know, maybe it's just me, but I don't necessarily see this as an opportunity to REcreate what was, but instead to create something new. So, while the FUCK was nice, perhaps it's best to sit tight and see what organically comes?
