Sorry, that's what it reminded me of.Kang (or maybe Kotos) as Bill Clinton wrote:"My fellow Americans, we must move forward not backward, upward not forward, and always twirling, twirling, twirling toward freedom,''

Outstanding! Brilliant! Gives new meaning to "Chill Tent". MiniMan will be as high as your belly button.robotland wrote:Okay, I can't wait any longer for the STRUCTURES thread to return.... Anybody else buildin' something neat that they feel the need to crow about?
As a Hushvillian, RanGen knows about the Snowman....It's a three-story (when completely assembled, that is) geodesic structure. I just reconfigured the entryway so folks won't bash their brains out when climbing in, and am currently building a 16-foot slide for Rapid Egress. In 161 days I load it in an Element and drive West for 2000 miles until I hit Playa.
Anyone reading this can consider themselves invited to catch the breeze and the view from the Snowman Fiesta Deck....Mebbe I'll even fashion you a trinket! Even watched the Burn from there last time, although I may have to get closer to watch that funhouse go up.....

Robo's dome was a fucking cool place to hang. I went in there and he made me one of his amazing playatags. I wear that thing all the time, robo. Gonna wear it at the Meet and Greet in Apex NC tomorrow night, in fact!

ok... big crush on the fish for that.
Bumper sticker I saw sometime back, "Don't blame me, I voted for Kotos"
Rian Jackson?? Why does that name ring a bell? (walks around stroking whiskers in a deep ponder... recalls images of a lap from way back when...)

Good here, my friend. Got back from town and had some brews and good mexican food with some amigos. Going to see a movie tomorrow night. Got paid today. Yeah... pretty well tonight.
You guys?

I retrofitted it today with an electric start instead of that damn gas engine job.
Very cold beer in a couple of minutes...

Oh, it’ll quiet down when it gets to speed. Then it’ll run out of fuel shortly after that, but it keeps cool for a while. Can't leave 'em in too long, though, Z... they reach about 50 degrees Kelvin pretty quick if you don't watch it.

It was good. There’s several people I miss... many actually. But I imagine that as the burn draws closer, I’ll disappear more myself to work on things for when I really DO get to see you guys.
