Absurd words or phrases

I heard one person call another a Fart Knocker today.

Fart Knocker?

Am I shamefully way way behind the times in current popular word usage?

-or-

Are the two individuals using Fart Knocker as part of their vocabulary shamelessly, uhh, shameless?

Let's break this down:

Fart--
1. To expel intestinal gas through the anus; break wind.
2. To fool around; fritter time away.

Knocker--
1. hinged fixture, such as a metal ring or bar, used for knocking on a door.
2. knockers <Vulgar Slang>. A woman's breasts.
3. A goblin or dwarf said to live under the earth and direct miners to ore by knocking.

As you can see, there are many combinations and meanings of the two words being used together here. My personal favorite = 'A break wind goblin.' what's your favorite?

Also, what other really absurd words or phrases have you heard recently? Break it down, what does it really mean?

My wandering mind read this thread as "abused words."

heh. My pet peeve would be the use of "impact" in place of "effect" or "affect."

Here's a good word for you - Assclown! I have a friend who believes that to call someone an assclown is the worst possible insult. I think it's rather funny!

Personally, I'm more inclined towards calling people Dicknoses. But that's just me!

I have had some luck with the term "Knob Gobbler"... but an absurd word to me is flautist... it just sounds obscene...

"We caught them in the bushes... they were flauting... it was disgusting!!"

Guam... "Wash that Guam off your hands before dinner.. my GOD!"
