Walking will work wonders Blue. Do a couple of miles every day. That and portion control will do it.

Have you seen the ones for sale Z? Quite nice, though the bike is meant to be stationary.

Yea, it's just getting out there and doing it. Some of the extra weight I gained while I had the broken leg has already come off. I think I've lost seven or eight pounds just moving around and working again.

I don't know what it looks like. Though I think there are pics on their website. And I don't know about the trailer. You'd have to shout out to bobby on the Yahoo list. He lives at deeply rooted and is our contact there.

Well hey I'll see you tomorrow, think I'll wander out now and catch up on the rest of the board before signing off.

I am having a hell of a time trying to readjust to waking up in the morning.

Boo hoo.

Looks like I'm not going to make it to
LeChat Noirs' birthday party tonight afterall.

I've got Blues phone number, will call if
they should set an extra plate, eh.

In the spirit of "Dude Where's my car?!",
after the party... And den? And den? And den?
An after party! If any of you want to come up
to Brainerd area on Saturday & over night, my hose
is your house & we can take a boat ride and look at the stars
and den and den & den....... a campfire (too dry for bonfire!) and den?

Just pie in the sky thinking, no doubt you all have plans
involving a pillow or never ending blanket on Saturday/night?

Hello everyone!!

Big hugs to you too, Monkeypoo!! Thanks!

What do you think about this idea......If everyone at BM brings a pillow and we have a pillow fight for 5 minutes we could set a record that might not get broken for a while!!
Taken from the Belgium students fight they had a few days ago.

There was a pillow fight camp last year. I didn't get there, but I read about it.
