I confess...I am suuuuuuuuuuch a fan of the show "LOST"....there, I said it. Where does the hatch lead to? An underworld? Why is the French Woman such a nutcase? Why did Claire name her baby Aaron? What is the monster? Why didn't they eat the polar bear? How can the monster change form so easily? What is that black cloud, gear-shaking-sound mechanism? Why was Walt the child that was kidnapped? Why does Charlie love heroin so much? Will he turn Claire onto it or will he hourd it all to himself? When are Kate & Jack gonna get it on? Is Sayid really in love with Shannon? Are they gonna get it on? Where? In the jungle? Swinging from a tree? Will Shannon ever get over the loss of her brother/lover? Did you get Artz on you when he blew up from dynamite? Was that freaky or what? **giggles** Does the dog hold the secret to the island? What do the numbers mean....really?? Is Kate secretly wishing she would have done the deed with Sawyer before he went off on the raft? (I would have...) What's the story with Kim & Sun? Will they ever have kids? How is Michael gonna ever find his kid Walt? Who are the OTHERS?? What exactly was the Black Rock ship all about? Where did it come from? Was it a slave ship from Kenya? Am I gonna hit the lottery if I play those numbers? Did they have enough beer on the plane when they crashed? Did they think about how many Burningman's they were gonna miss by being stranded on that island? Was the beach clothing-optional? Oh, the questions are endless......

The ship being called the "Black Rock" was a clue... (>>giggles<<) If you don't follow the implicit behind that one, well... 'Nuff Said. (Yes, it IS a clue)...

Sayid is not only the apparent hero, he's damn cute, and has the cajones to be a man and deal with shit. The gunpowder trick *does* work, as well as do powdered match heads to do the same thing (don't ask, but I'll show you someday). And if I had to be stuck on any island with one of them, he'd be it. Oooh yeah.

Just remember - the numbers were all wrong... and they blew the damn hatch anyway. The one guy who *shouldn't* have been there told them so. And he was right. So what do they expect?? And where are the other hatches?

And screw the "others"... the boat thing was enough. IF they get back to the "island" on their blown to shit raft everyone will know they're not the only ones alive on this alternate universe shithole. Which means they *could* be rescued. The question is.. should they want to, or would they be better starting and maintaining their own colony. After all... >>giggle giggle<<... what if the people on the boat were the *best* of what humanity on this line have to offer, and what else is out there is worse... far worse?

I am sooo Lost. The problem is that I taped the show two weeks ago, but didn't set up a weekly record and have missed the last two. Good thing the show reruns a lot.

OK, maybe it's the six Sierra Nevada's talking in me now, but one of those writer's has been to Burning Man in Black Rock City, Nevada. And my theory is that it's all Larry Harvey's doing!! t's all about Survival, Community, and Gifting. Jack's gift is medicine and healing. Charlie's gift is that of music. Jin's gift is of nourishment (sushi from the sea). Sun's gift is holistic/herbal. Claire's gift is that of family, love and renewal (Aaron). Aaron's gift is that of wonder and rejunivation. Sayid's gift is that of survival. Locke's gift is that of miracles. It's all about gifting and survival in the elements and gifting....

What is the black smoke? What is the dark territory? Will Danielle ever find Alex? Will Aaron ever have a playmate? What is that Jurassic Park dinosaur monster sound that is so haunting and uproots trees from the ground? What significance does the Black Rock slave ship have to do with Larry Harvey and Black Rock City? Do the survivors of Oceanic 815, struggling for survival and WATER, have anything to do with the Burners in Black Rock? How come Locke can walk now? Does the polar bear live in Camp Antarctica?? Has Jack ever volunteered at the BRC Med Tent? I think I saw Charlie at Bianca's!! What about Sawyer? Wasn't he dressed in drag at Media Mecca??
