I am fucking dying. Decompression from Playa del Fuego is not going well. Too short of time to bond with so many friends. NYC friends are taking for granted their connections are talking, alive and hugging. I am flying all alone in the wind. Already made a countdown calendar - "The Pony burns in 18 weeks." I did get a fix from some very young and hip fire dancers in Middletown last Wednesday...out of nowhere, these guys were utilizing private ground from cool owner of "It's Only Natural" restaurant. Still had djembe in my trunk, I did some beating for these angels. The Playa lives in my heart, but my head and job are killing me. Pass on hints for letting down...

My sisters actually used to work at ION. Cool place. I was actually just teaching yoga down in the fair city of Middletown.
There are 4 of us up the East Hartford / Glastonbury way. We have a camp called the Non-a-gon.
