Who's bringing a telescope?
I've been thinking about getting one, anyway, and I was wondering if anybody is bringing one, anyway...new moon and all...god the milky way is going to shine...
It's what you make it.

Not only the Milky Way but in Aug. Mars is going to be closer to the Earth than it has been in 73,000 years. The ability to see Mars next to the moon is suppposed to be awesome.... even binoculars will be helpful.

I have a ~1973 2&1/2 inch refractor, with a broken tripod, that I'm about ready to freecycle. I'm not sure where the lenses are, though.
