Oh. OK. Can't say much for your parents disregard for their daughter by sending her there without personal, on-site, PARENTAL control.

That's an understandable comment from someone who doesn't know me or my family. In any event you have your opinion, I have mine. It's ok to disagree. Now let's get back on topic as the big picture is a lot more important than talking about 2 year old occurances.

I don't know how they do it in Nevada, but in California when the ABC sends out it's underage decoys they have certain rules they have to follow, the most relevant of which is that the decoy cannot lie about their age (nor can they use fake IDs). If Nevada operates the same way, then you can protect yourself from the decoys at least by simply asking any young-looking patrons if they're over 21.
It is true that a decoy can not legally lie about their age. Of course people lie all the time and I wouldn't hang my freedom on this.

And this still does not prevent you from being cited if an under age person is served in your bar by lying about his/her age and then being spotted by LEO.

Leave your twelve year old at home.

Although - She may enjoy -

Watching you have your tits smeared with lotion and then paint and pressed up against paper for all to view your tit prints. All this performed by a fat old naked white guy. Oh and yes he will clean them off for you.

Ravers performing oral sex on one another on the Esplanade in the middle of the day. ( I enjoyed watching them)

You could have her cheer you on as you are strapped to a wall and having
your naked ass whipped in front of 30 or 40 people

(One of my favs) Naked girls riding bikes, high on ecstasy.

When she opens the door to the toilet, a wasted naked guy, who left the door unlocked intentionally, jumps out and screams at her.

You haven't lived until you've seen a fat naked white guys ass crack on a bicycle. (permanent mental scar)

Not being able to sleep because the Rav music is full blast on until 8:00 a.m. - but dont worry it starts back up at 9:00 A.M.

How about - mid morning - Ravers trying to find there way back to there camps - sad sometimes - young adults walking aimlessly, wringing there hands with a lost, scared look in thier shallow eyes.

The guy in the camp next to you smoking his two foot bong and and having a MJD every morning for breakfast.

Naked guys painted blue

Naked guys painted red

I CAN'T WAIT -

Now, could you list the reasons *not* to bring your 12 year old??? >>grins<<

When I was 12 I used to thrive on stuff like that... then again, I am a little far from what most people call conservatively normal. And was back then, too.

Then again... when I was 12, skinny-dipping parties and free love were the rage, and tho I didn't experience the latter until later, I remember the former with a lot of great (and humorous) memories... like the time at this ice-cold lake, there was this guy... well... you would have had to be there to see it (or, maybe, *not* see it is more correct!!)...

I'm just not sure that such stuff is harmful to children. I think most of them have filters that say "goofy grown up stuff" at times like those. Now, actually being raped would be harmful. and that can happen anywear.

Maybe that's the real fear of having kids witness such stuff, they wouldn't be afraid to point out that what they're doing is just plan goofy.

There's a nit more detail spelled out in the new Survival Guide which should be mailing this week,

Serving alcohol to minors will be an issue this year. Be warned and be prepared.

I know it's the law and such, but I'm still thinking the good ole Pershing County Sheriff that was behind the Jiffy Lube mess a few years back is the one pushing this. I may be completely wrong but he's rarely met a newspaper or TV camera he didn't like. And from what I've read he's found issues every year to give the daily staff meetings a nice element of heartburn. This is simply more of the same..but with some teeth this time.

I run a theme camp called Sakenoma. (9:00 and Amnesia) We serve more cold sake in 1 week than most sushi bars serve all year. I've never been warned about underage drinking by anyone at BM over the past 4 years. I became aware of my liability when it occurred to me earlier this year. Now, I tag my posts with the following:

Sakenoma historically has supported programs to discourage underage drinking and to remind those of legal drinking age to drink responsibly ...

I also serve some non-alcoholic drinks on occasion. I don't need the man coming down on me. Thanks for the warning.
