Who brought the HUGE green lasers?

Was it a camp or an individual that brought the HUGE green lasers out the BM in 2003? you know, they glowed green across the whole playa, and lined up with the man and temple? Was it church of wow? or an individual? Will it be there again this year?

Defining the area is an installation called “Laser Man” by Russell Wilcox of Lawrence Livermore Laboratories; projected by towers 30 feet above the playa, green lasers form the body of the Man in the shape of the logo.

Russel has been involved with many of the laser projects on the playa and the other group is Dimension 7, or Dim7, an SF based laser and visuals crew
