50 days to the burn. Plans should be firming up (or going south in a big hurry...) So where are you camping? How will your eplaya fan club find you? What's the best method of reaching you? Don't be a playtoy of happenstance! Let us know.

Blunderland... (we did not get placed, so are trying to get into BMorg2 on the Art Walk)... and I'll be driving "The Tongue" (assuming I get approved and pass inspection!)...if you see a red carpeted tongue car, give a shout and I'll give you a ride.

We'll have our Camp Candyland somewhere in the "suburbs", likely aiming to somewhere between 4 and 8 rather than towards the noisier sides. We have not set the exact target location yet.

(In fact, we have not even contacted everyone close to whom we hope to migrate - if anyone of the Steves-with-booze-and-candy reads this, please be assured we will. ;))

Camping with La Mancha in Snowflake village. Looks like Snowflake will be on Esplanade maybe somewhere between 7 and 8. La Mancha will actually front on Amnesia but we're not sure if we'll have anything obvious there.

I intend to camp with Burning Rose and will be helping to build Project X (which is a Burning Silicon project), maybe, if the thing is able to be built. That is still up in the air because while we have all the materials, we aren't sure exactly what it is. We also aren't sure exactly where it will be sited, *if* it will be sited, or even if we will be able to get our people in there in time to get it built.

We are going to do our best to get something out there. It might require some hijinx to pull off. We might be in trouble with the artery for not telling them exactly what it is, but we can't because we don't know. We know it is bigger than a breadbasket and we know it will fit comfortably inside a 200-foot dome. The only other clue I have managed to pry from some dude named Joe Priff (who nobody has managed to meet) is:

The thing is really an illusion. It reminds one of things much bigger than the project itself, things much larger than Burning Man even. It stimulates the mind in a way that causes one to consider potentials beyond what is actually there.

I can neither confirm or deny, however...

The smell of cosmoline and cordite and Hoppe's #9 was just too strong... must... follow...

Look for barb wire and camo and a checkpoint. And blaring martial music. And a Kantina, apokiliptik in nature, which will otherwise remain nameless...

OR... If I'm not there...

Look for a bunch of yellow shirts. Somewhere on the outskirts. Prolly find me there, too. Pulling out fistfuls of hair. And laughing maniacally...

OR...

If it's Thursday night, look for the barbie on the barbie. Carrying an appropriately green bottle of brownish liquid on dry ice.

OR...

Anywhere else the wind takes me. But that's to be expected!
