I don’t eat fish... not anymore. The Cryptofishist would be so disappointed if I did. I’m a reformed and loving type of cat who lets all animals live in peace. (Twitch, twitch)

And I’ve got sarongs for my playa-wear, thanks. But don’t let me stop you.

Allright... really gone...

About the same. Though now I really need to get started on my BM preparations. So much to do, so little time and no money. Oh well.

Pssst, you may want to change your location as well.

Ah, humbug.

I'm trying to save up for a new digital camera. It's not easy when you're making bread and water wages, though.

I need something decent before BM.

I know exactly what you mean. I really need to get a full time job. And either start before BM (which would probably be unlikly to work out) or line it up so I start right after. I know I'm going to have a little debt after August. Granted I already have debt so I'll just be adding to the pile. I'd like to pay off this darn credit card soon though.

I can't even GET a credit card. But that's probably for the best. prospects are looking up for me at my work, though. Hopefully when they open a nearby store later this year I can weasel myself a promotion and a big fat raise. I know that my boss makes three times what I do, and plans to move to the new store when they open it.

Meh. Sleep is for the weak. Got an assload of projects on the cooker. Want to build a costume around my stilts, but haven't even started that yet, nor do I have the money for it.

Our project might be in trouble. We are in a bit of a pickle. Might be something of a catch-22, I don't know. Might have trouble getting placement if we can't tell the artery what the project is ... but we don't know what it is so we can't tell them. We know it's rather big, but we don't know what we are building.

How can that be? are you operating on instructions recieved from extraterrestrials?

<thump, thump, thump>

Are you boys cooking in there?
  • no.
Are you building an interoceter?
  • no!

It's supposed to be some kind of experiment. He has supposedly selected a team that has a history of working together in the past, which would be the Burning Silicon people who built the pagoda that burned on Thursday night last year. He asked us if we wanted to work on a project with the stipulation that we would have no idea what it was until we built it. Each of us were given different tasks as far as materials to obtain and tasks to perform.

We have even had build days where we have put things together and then taken them apart (very frustrating). Most of our work has been in cutting up pieces of wood. We have no idea exactly what it is that we are making. It is all basically based on the group's trust of Wizzard.

We are operating on instructions from some guy named Joe Priff who none of us but Wizzard and/or Ember have met but we have talked to him on the phone and via email. It is all very strange. In the course of some placement discussion, it came out that we might not be able to get any early arrivals on the playa and that might put the project in jeopardy because the main contributors to the project are also main contributors to theme camps and if they cant get in until the theme camps get it ...well ... they cant be in two places at once. And as far as I know Priff is refusing to divulge the nature of the project to anyone and that seems to include Lady Bee and Crimson Rose. So ... the whle project might be in trouble or we might be forced to find other means of early entry and build it on the sly.
