I am exceptionally excited to be opening for this night. I haven't had many chances to play my new live choons out so this should be a fun night.

The venue itself is legendary. The Crystal Ballroom is reportedly where a screaming Little Richard fired one Jimi Hendrix. That is just one of many tales. I personally have the opinion that when you enter a music space it contains little bits of the musicians souls who have played there. I love to get to a venue early and take in the atmosphere and pause long enough to say thank you for the breaks I have received over time.

Wish I could be there.

Got my extended-play version of BBR a little while ago....Damn good. Whenever someone asks me about Burning Man I say, "you got about two hours?"

After going to BM last year I came back and my wife hated the hearing anything about the event. She and I had a lot of issues. She went to go see someone to talk about her issues. The person had never heard of Burning Man. I loaned my pre-release copy of BBR to her and she has yet to return it and won't return my wife's calls or mine. I think I fucked up her reality by showing her the DVD.

Do you think they were threatened by knowing what goes on out there, or bummed that so much fun was being had by "everybody but them"?

A little from column A and a little from column B and then a little from beyond.

This is creeping up extremely fast here. Hope to see the Oregon family make it out.
