Arrrg,

Bring on the noise! We're making a drum circle that will be as big as the Esplanade, and we're hi-jacking the "Have Freak, Will Travel" mutant vehicle parade to do it.

Ask permission? What do mean, ask permission? I didn't see any questionnaires or registration forms regarding mutinys on the web-site...

So, don't just stand there. This ain't TV; it's BRC. Bly-Me!!! Friday during sun-set. Don't have a noise-maker? Bring that pot you cooked spaghetti in and "Boom, Boom, Boom". Other hoot'n, toot'n, flute'n, plunk'n, funk'n punks welcome.
