Well folks, I'm feeling pretty good at the moment, though still a bit stressed.

Went shopping today, found some shirts. But no finds on shorts or skirts. I only own one pair of shorts, so I really need something to wear in the desert. Though now I'm thinkin' about sewing up some simple cotton knit skirts. Oh, though I did find my sarong today so that's something.

But I have much to do yet, and I'm not sure there's going to be enough time.

I need a drink.

Have some Baileys. That voodoo priestess Giggles got me addicted to the stuff and I happen to have half a bottle in the fridge right now. I like it over ice, then put it in the freezer for a couple minutes until it gets sludgy. Mmmm, chocolatey goodness.

Anyone else want one while I'm up?

I still have a bottle of Baileys sitting in a box waiting to be sent to Giggles. Oops!

And yes, clothes are optional. Which really makes me think that I need to set up that waxing appointment that I've been thinking about.

*stumbles back into the bar*

Ello again!

Did someone say Bailey's?

*produces pinky width smokethin or another and ignites*

Wax schmax, just show up the way you are, you look absolutely fabulous and you know it.

If you send her Baileys, she'll love you forever. I'm not kidding. I'll e-mail you her new address if you want.

Ooo, that would be great! I've had the bottle since she sent my ticket, which was like May. But I wanted to put more stuff in the box so I didn't send it. I could send it off tomorrow though.

And as much as I like myself, I also like to be somewhat hairless. Waxing will be done I've decided. Especially since I got my renters rebate back and now have some money. Yay!

Soo mister, what kind of booze are you bringing to the desert?

I can't decide if I should be a big bottle or little bottle of Patron

Let's all enjoy a quick snort, shall we?

Gig's address is on the way. Seriously, she'll L-O-V-E you for this, and it couldn't come at a better time for her. Hell, I'll L-O-V-E you if you send it tomorrow! She's putting on a strong front, but I know as we get closer to TTITD, she's very disappointed that she's not going to be with us. Almost as disappointed as me.

Got it!

I will sent it tomorrow. I have the day off so there will be no excuse not to send it.

Sooo, how are your preparations going? Since we always talk about me.

I bring this and that... Probably a bottle of Herradurra, maybe a bottle of Grey Goose. But then I'll bring a fuckton of cheap vodka to donate to the waterfront bars. Here's the thang though: mixer is often worth it's weight in gold out there. A jug of cran-whatever, or Red-Bull ($$$) is often appreciated waaaaay more than you might suspect. Don't spend too much; buy the cheap stuff to give away. Again, think mixer... And cups: they're valuable too.

And I'm doin' fine, except for the fact that my sweet little voodoo princess will NOT be there. I'm trying to get used to that idea...

Hmm, well I already have a 1.75 of Absolute. I know I won't need that much but it was on sale for $25.97. And a bottle of lemoncello. Plus I'm picking up Patron.

I thought about mixers, but I don't really want to have to worry about cooling things. I'm planning on just buying drink ice. Though I suppose I could bring one thing and open it up on a night when I know it'll be consumed.

Cups, I think I can do. But we'll see.

I'm disappointed that Giggs won't be there either this year. But I have mixed feelings about it as you would expect.

I know what she wants for you... She wants you to have a fantastic time. Which, dog willing, is exactly what you're going to.

Patron, eh? Um, can I come over for a quick glug-glug-glug?

Big bottle it is then. I know how you drink.

I hope you realize that you are going to be the first person I try to find once my camp is set up and I'm free to wander. First thing I'm going to do.

Directions are on the way... Say, who's pouring around here, anyway? My glass is empty.

SHIT! I'm pourin', aren't I? What the fuck ever happened to good service?

So, which Patrón do you prefer? I've only ever had the añejo so I'm not sure which is best.

Why don't you pour me a shot of each so I can taste test. They won't let my try the really good stuff at work.

ANY Patron is good Patron in my book. I'm actually a lighweight when it comes to booze, believe it or not. I can, however, smoke a Rasta right under the freakin' table. It's a talent that takes years to master.

What was I talking about again? Hey, who's pourin' around here anyways?
