I saw this band at Decompression 2004 "Protection"

AT Cocomos at Decompression there was this band. Judging from the lineup there name could have been "Protection". The lead singers were a male and female from Asian decent. There style was hard to describe but definately had some 80's/electro vibe. I have not been able to figure out who they were or obviously how to find out about them. They absolutely rocked!!
