We have DPW & DMV, how about DNP!

Horray for the Department of Public Works (DPW) who put together Black Rock City, the Department of Mutant Vehicles (DMV) who approve the wild and wacky art cars driving around the playa with us, now how about a DNP, that is (tongue-in-cheek) a Department of Naked People! As a long-time nature boy I know the freedom of feeling the sun and wind against bare skin and know also that there are do's and don'ts as with all things and the DNP could help people sort them out. When to be bare, what to bring to sit on that chair, how to decorate for success, tips for toning and tanning not burning and making the most of what's there! License those who've put some effort into it, give "learner's permits" for those needing a little more help, it could all be great fun and help celebrate the body too!

Sounds cool, maybe I'll start it. But I'm afraid (VERY afraid) that I will be unable to license anyone over 200lbs. That's really NOT art!

wait a sec.here, i'm over 200. 18 neck, 46chest, 14bycep, 34waist, 5ft 10, and great legs. only one thing. i'm over 65 and nothing is more ugly than a nude old man. anyway that's what i tell my campmate\father in law. he's 84 and god!! meldrid don't look.
