HELP - Where are you BM team???!?!?!?!?!?!

I purchased tickets from someone online and they sent BM an email a few days ago to transfer the tickets to my name AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM BM. I called and left a message BM's yesterday morning. Got no response. Called again last night AND this morning to find that BM's mailbox is FULL! I hope they are still working on transfering tickets and not skipping out on us!!!

Does anyone know what's up?

ARe you sure that BM is the people to call? How about calling the contractor? I'm sure most if not all the bm office is on site by now. Check the main site and ticket info and see if you can find a better phone number.

Ok.. found the right number

415-256-8499 is the right number to call for verification. I started to panik because I was told I would receive an email confirmation from BM, but that hasn't happened. You can call that number and verify ticket info there.
