A lot of bar folks seemed to be from the EC or midwest. I know Z, Blue and Msky left today. I'm stuck here until Tuesday morning. West coast is starting the exodus too.

I plan to arrive monday. I am aiming for North Platte, Ne tomorrow and then Winnemucka sunday. That'll give me a few hours drive on monday.

Well, then we'll have to assume that no news is good news. Blue posted on 3playa earlier in the day that they would probably have to rent something.

No, I'm not kidding. But nothing since then, so perhaps they rented something that can tow the trailer and are on the road by now.

I'm just checking the webcam. The sun is setting, but now I'm wondering something...which way is traffic to the playa? I initially thought it was away from the camera, but now I seem to recall that the water tower is on the left on the way in to the playa, which would make the cars coming into the camera be the ones headed toward the playa.

google maps confirms that cars headed toward the camera are potentially playa bound.

The note at the bottom says it's pointing north toward the Playa.

I'm checking this while cooling off from loading. Once I finally finish loading I need to get a couple hours sleep, get something to eat and then I'm outta here. It still doesn't seem like this is happening...until I get out on the Interstate and I'm outside of the metro then it will hit me. And then I don't wanna stop until I'm there.
